The Graduate School Genetics and Epigenetics New Education (EUR G.E.N.E.) offers funding for transition postdocs each year.

These allow recent Doctors of the doctoral schools BioSPC and HOB to stay between 1 and 12 months in their thesis laboratory after their Thesis defense, in order to finalize research and publications, with the objective of ensuring better employability in following post-docs.

The grantees will also have mentoring responsibilities within the EUR G.E.N.E., for instance participation in a wokshop or student orientation sessions.
